How is the price calculated?
The per-vehicle price within Beijing’s 4th Ring Road is US$55 for 1–4 guests and US$70 for 5–6 guests. The higher rate accounts for the additional luggage.
How much waiting time is included?
Pickup includes up to 100 minutes of waiting time from the train’s arrival time. We track the arrival and adjust the dispatch when the schedule changes.
How will I find the driver?
Before the journey, we send the driver details, a driver photo and clear meeting-point instructions.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Child seats are a standard option. Select the number you need in the request form.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation at least 24 hours before the service is refundable less the 3.5% non-refundable payment processing fee. Cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show is non-refundable.
