To coordinate your travel experiences, we collect:
- Personal identifiers: Name, email address, WhatsApp number, and phone number.
- Booking details: Flight information, hotel address in China, and payment details (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your credit card information).
- Passport details: When required for real-name attraction tickets included in an agreed arrangement, we collect the information needed to issue those tickets.
Website Analytics & Service Providers
This Website uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits and how the Website is used. These services may process device, browser, interaction and approximate-location information under their own privacy terms.
Our Website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiry details submitted through the Website are processed by our email delivery provider, Resend, so that we can receive and reply to the request. If you later pay through a Stripe payment link, Stripe processes the payment information; China Vibe Travel does not store full card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to:
- Confirm and coordinate your tours.
- Communicate essential itinerary updates via WhatsApp or email.
- Purchase entrance tickets on your behalf from official Chinese tourist sites.
- Arrange transportation with independent transport providers.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your necessary personal details (such as names and passport numbers for tickets, or hotel addresses for drivers) with official ticketing systems and independent local transport providers. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing companies.
Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passport information collected for ticketing purposes is permanently deleted from our temporary active files within 7 days after your tour concludes.
