- Passport Details: When required by Chinese government regulations for booking attractions (e.g., the Great Wall, Forbidden City), we will collect passport names, numbers, and dates of birth.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to:
- Confirm and coordinate your tours.
- Communicate essential itinerary updates via WhatsApp or email.
- Purchase entrance tickets on your behalf from official Chinese tourist sites.
- Arrange transportation with independent transport providers.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your necessary personal details (such as names and passport numbers for tickets, or hotel addresses for drivers) with official ticketing systems and independent local transport providers. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing companies.
Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Passport information collected for ticketing purposes is permanently deleted from our temporary active files within 7 days after your tour concludes.
